Your website uses a series of WordPress plugins. A plugin is a small piece of software, which works alongside your website, to provide several tasks. These include additional functionality, such as booking systems and e-commerce, additional security and optimising your site correctly for search engines.

From time to time, the publishers of these pieces of software will issue software updates to them, to either enhance the functionality of the plugin or update them with essential security patches.

All of our mycloud products include full plugin management. We keep on top of any new updates to your WordPress plugins, and in the event of any compatibility issues or bugs, we will either rectify this where possible or roll the update back until the issue is resolved by the publisher.

Website assistance and technical support.

All mycloud subscriptions provide unlimited, ongoing support for your website, hosting, email and other related elements such as domain names, etc.

Support is available via telephone, during our office hours, or through our client support platform, Office Tools.

The Office Tools platform allows you to create support tickets, in the same way as other support desk systems. Our platform also comes with its app which you can download, which makes raising support jobs through your mobile a sinch!

You can communicate with us as well as monitor the progress of your support request at any time. On top of which, Office Tools also gives you access to our in-house Knowledgebase and a soon to be launched, Learning Management System.
